Steps to Register for a PayMaya Account

Before you can use any feature, you need to create PayMaya account first. Here are the steps to PayMaya registration.

  1. Download the PayMaya mobile app from the App Store or Google Play Store.
  2. Fill out the online form. Once done, tap the Continue button.
  3. Read the Data Privacy Policy page and tap the Agree button. PayMaya will send you a verification number via SMS. Enter that number in the app and tap “Verify.”

To avoid late payment posting, pay your bills at least three days ahead of the due date when using the PayMaya app.

To encash, you need to ensure the following:

  • You bought a physical PayMaya card (PHP 150).
