Along with the overall ratings for groupings of URLs, Google Search Console will now report on the Core Web Vitals (CWV) scores of particular URLs.

This means that Search Console users will have access to more granular data.
The updated Core Web Vitals report in Google Search Console will help you identify URLs that are preventing your site from receiving “Good” ratings.
If your CWV scores aren’t up to par, you’ll know where to focus your efforts based on the information in the updated reports.
What’s New in the Core Web Vitals Report?
Prior to today’s update, the Core Web Vitals report in Search Console provided aggregate scores based on groups of URLs.
Google will continue to evaluate Core Web Vitals for URL groups, but you can now drill down one level.
When you click on a URL group in the Search Console report, a new panel with URL-level data appears on the right side.
