  1. Give her a LinkedIn recommendation and endorsement.
  2. Connect her with a recruiting decision-maker.
  3. Make a job referral for her.
  4. Share dependable childcare information.
  5. Send her a job posting that is relevant to her.
  6. Tell her about a fantastic company you know.
  7. Send an email with a professional tale about a moment when she shone.
  8. Examine her resume
  9. Inform her about a career coach for mothers.
  10. Share distant work locations: (i.e. Fiverr, FlexJobs and Upwork)
  11. Offer to hold a Zoom event for her children.
  12. Inform others about virtual career events.
  13. Call only to check in.
  14. Send her an encouraging card.
  15. Share career advice websites: (i.e. The Mom Project)
  16. Send her an informative article, such as “Ace Your Job Search While Managing Virtual School.”
  17. Introduce her to other unemployed women.
  18. Participate in a professional organization with her.
  19. Share her LinkedIn posts with others.
  20. Please send her food.
